Ireland - Dingle and Slea Head
Another day of mainly sunshine, with only one brief shower, while we were e-biking 26 miles from Dingle around the end of the peninsula along the Slea Head drive. We did, however, encounter 35 mph winds with gusts to over 40 mph, which made staying on the bike and on the road extra challenging. I will let the pictures speak for themselves as there aren’t words to describe the beauty and power of the Atlantic Ocean as it encounters the shores along this route.
Starting out in Dingle, all smiles!

We used a company called WeWheel for our adventure. They have self-guided e-bike tours with an app and audio that is streamed directly to the bike helmet! https://wewheel.com/tour/self-guided-ebike-tour-of-dingle/
We’re on our way now to Doolin to hopefully visit the Aran Islands Friday and the Cliffs of Mohr Saturday. The weather has been quite unstable with the remnants of tropical storm Ernesto wrecking havoc with 50-60 mph winds last night and rain, rain and more rain! As long as the ferry is making the passage, we’ll be on it!
